Renal Services is a regional/island-wide program that encompasses the full continuum of renal care from secondary prevention and health promotion for chronic kidney disease patients to acute, community, and home-based hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, a renal inpatient unit and a regional transplant follow-up clinic.
