In addition they offer the following Sign-On Bonus for their Medical/Staff or Specialty nurses:

1. 1-2 Years of Experience - $ 5,000

2. 3-5 Years of Experience - $10,000

3. Over 5 years - $15,000



ALL bonuses are paid out over 18 months and there is a pro-rated payback if the employee leaves before the 18 month agreement ends.



The relocation reimbursement is up to $3,000 with receipts. This is going to be changed to 10% of the yearly compensation but it has not been changed to date. They will also provide up to 3 months free housing in a furnished apartment. Housing is taxable at Fair market value and is taxable.
