Description
Working autonomously, an Acute Registered Nurse will use their skills and long-term patient relationship to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients. This position will plan and provide patient care for adult and geriatric patients based on physician orders and established standards and guidelines. Responsibilities will include independently performing patient assessments, renal replacement therapies, and emergency care as needed. There are also opportunities to mentor new Acute RNs and coordinate plans for patient care. This position will be working both Acute and Chronic for 2 neighboring clinics.

Qualifications

* Current RN licensure in state of employment
* Current BLS certification
* Sound decision-making skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently
* Demonstrated clear and compassionate communication skills
* Ability to work overtime with little notice
* Ability to work on-call and/or rotating schedules
