Provides clinical and administrative support to staff providing (direct/indirect) care to patients on a specific unit/units. Responsible on a 24-hour basis for the programmatic, operational and financial management of the unit/program. Interviews, hires, assigns work to and evaluates work performance of employees supervised. QUALIFICATIONS: Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of three (3) years experience as an R.N. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, required. MS preferred. CNOR or CNA, BC certification required. 3-5 years of progressive leadership/management experience in a medical center setting required. Must be cmpetent in MS office suite and other appropriate computer programs/skills.
