KAPLAN POSITION DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Part-time NCLEX Instructor
LOCATION: London

Purpose of the Job:
To help his or her students prepare for the NCLEX exam

Responsibilities:
To teach NCLEX/CGFNS seminars and courses with Kaplan
curriculum.
To work with students outside the classroom to help them
design and implement a personalized study program.
To answer student questions about U.S. nursing licensure.
To participate in ongoing teacher training programs.
To work collaboratively with management and academic
management in a process of ongoing quality improvement of
Kaplan programs.
To manage the nursing Training Library and curriculum updates.

Position Requirements and/or Skills Required:
Valid U.S. RN license and experience of working as a nurse in the U.S
Superior skills in creating a dynamic, interactive classroom.
Engaging presentation skills.
Strong coaching and motivation skills.
Ability to work independently.
Deductive reasoning, problem solving, decision making, and creativity
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
